Great location, spacious rooms, excellent amenities, attentive staff, delicious breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was wonderful, always going above and beyond to assist me with any requests. The concierge service was top-notch, helping me secure difficult restaurant reservations and beach club access, even during the busy season. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a fabulous pool and a delicious on-site restaurant. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the center of town and close to all the beach clubs. The hotel also offered a shuttle service that made getting around this city a breeze.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the festive decorations throughout the hotel, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. the location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions such as the Metropolitan Cathedral and Casa Rosada. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of dishes to start the day on a positive note.

I was disappointed with the condition of the hotel. the room I stayed in showed signs of wear and tear, with plumbing issues and tiles coming away from the walls.

During my stay at the Intercontinental in Buenos Aires, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and elegant lobby. The room exceeded my expectations with its comfortable king-size bed and clean, crisp sheets. The turn-down service, complete with complimentary chocolates and a weather update, added a personal touch. The location was convenient, allowing for easy access to the historical city center and other attractions. The concierge recommended a fantastic steak restaurant nearby, which was a highlight of my trip. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and attentive service.

The breakfast area can get crowded during peak times, making it a bit claustrophobic.

Staying here was a luxurious and exclusive experience. the exceptional service from the staff exceeded our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and solarium provided the perfect escape from the busy city. the Massage was divine and left us feeling pampered and refreshed. We also enjoyed the restaurant's gourmet cuisine and the bar/lounge area's premium selection of beverages.
